I think you should bet the flop and be happy with winning it right away. I can't realistically see any way you can extract extra chips out of them by not betting here.

Hero should bet the turn. This is almost the same thread that I posted where I had QQ and an A high flop, and we had a lot of discussion on checking behind or betting. I think OP should read it because there is a lot of information that applies to this hand.
