id much rather c-r the flop and lead any turn then c-c then donk turn, as the 5s changes nothing and you rep nowt either, you can prob get away with it at 10nl because players cant read hands, but if you move up, you will get eaten.

turn i would overbet or pot it, because your hand looks like a bloof, or a monster, the river is a great card in that you have the nuts, and villan could have improved to twopair also, so id bet bigger.

yea i guess my turn raise was bad, but gerbil doesnt a cold call on the flop and betting the turn look like a set more than anything else?... whats the difference in terms of repping a set if you check raise the flop or call the flop then raise the turn?

No that doesn't look like a set at all. For one thing you freakin bet half pot on the turn. Also a set would probably check raise either the flop or the turn on this board. If you donk pot the turn then maybe it looks like a badly played set/bluff but as played it looks like you have a mediocre hand that wants to see a cheap river/showdown which is exactly what you have.

Also don't understand why you didn't 3bet pre unless BTN is a super nit or something.
