You are blocking part of villains bluffing range holding the Ac, but there are plenty of other straight draws that brick otr.

Value range is something like KK+, AQ / KQ, QJ, and sets. So 22ish combos that beat you, 8 you beat and 6 you chop. Even if v is never bluffing, you have odds to call, but you'll still lose the pot some 60% of the time.
