Depends whether or not you think you'll get paid off. You're both very deep so it could have exciting implications!
Seriously though, it also depends on the villain -- does he do this with 2pr / flush draw? How often? Or does he only do this with straights? Realize as well that you could have induced the bet by checking.

IMO straight isn't terribly likely as he would have had to fill a gutshot. Only hands doing that jacks that are chasing a flush.

How about a 7-8$ raise? You're both very deep so you'll still have some fold equity if he calls + a more accurate range, and the raise would probably scare him if he doesn't have a jack.
If he does, you still got some odds to hit your full on the river.

edit : any idea what his stats were?

i dont use any huds so no idea on stats,or how he played as I play 15 tables.

its also 10NL so donks will call bad odds to hit gutshots etc etc, I was wondering if he did have the J, is is worth a call to hit my boat/quads.

at 10NL with the straight yes....

if you had the straight wouldn't you pay out at least another 3/4 pot so... 5-6$ sounds good enough
