Full Tilt Poker $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players

BTN: $10.00 ... 24/14 (198 hands)
SB: $10.00
Hero (BB): $10.15
UTG: $10.00 ... 12/12 (17 hands) seems tight
MP: $10.40
CO: $9.22

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with J J
UTG raises to $0.30, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.30, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.95) 4 7 8 (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.60, BTN folds, Hero ?

There are many bad turn cards for my hand, any heart or any over (QKA) ,fives and sixes aren't great. (half the deck)

If I c/r and he re-raises I think I have to fold, because he likely has QQ+, sets, overcards + FD.

If he calls
He could have better (AA KK QQ) some of the time, but 99,TT, probably a float occasionally and suited BW with hearts(If they don't jam) can call too.

If I c/r here, I would probably end up bet/folding OTT if it was a brick, because I wouldn't expect worse made hands or draws to jam. I think if he were to raise my bet OTT he would likely have better. (QQ+ that was waiting for a safe turn)

Is this a decent plan?

Thanks

Threebet preflop, basically with the intention of taking the pot down. JJ is too awkward a hand to play OOP vs two opponents.

As played, c/r flop to 1.80 with intention of folding to a reraise looks fine.
