Villain is 22/22/infinity but only over 40 hands (3bet% 9). These types of spots I feel are probably my biggest leak; I feel I play far to weak-tight in 3bet/4bet pots. He has 3bet a fair amount, but I don't think the sample size is large enough to make it a lock that he is 3betting light. I have a good hand, but flatting his 3bet out of position this deep is pretty weak so I 4bet. I kept the sizing on the small end so that I would not necessarily be committed post-flop. The flop makes me want to puke; I think his range to flat the 4bet pre is something like QQ/AQ maybe JJ and maybe AA/KK to trap me. Maybe even 99/TT - hard to say with such a small sample size against an unknown. But pretty much whatever hands you want to add to his range to flat the 4bet are crushing my hand on this flop. Is it OK to check/fold here or is that way too weak? If we check, is anyone calling a shove? Should we just be shoving to keep initiative? I just don't see him folding anything on this board if we do shove.

you're not deep

has he been 3betting you when you were in UTG position or std. steal positions?

you can make your 4bet a lot less like $2.70 as he's still not getting odds to call with much of anything.

as played it's prob. a c/f as you have no fold equity.

Durrrrrrr - you're right, effective stacks only ~100bbs. He has not 3bet me at all yet; it was other people.
