This villan was running 72/24/1.8 after 106 hands. How to handle his flopraise?

SB: $3.95
BB: $10.30
UTG: $3.85
Hero (UTG+1): $10.00
MP1: $3.60
MP2: $8.50
CO: $8.60
BTN: $9.85

Pre Flop: Hero is UTG+1 with A K
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.40, MP1 calls $0.40, 5 folds

Flop: ($0.95) T K J (2 players)
Hero bets $0.60, MP1 raises to $1.20, Hero ?

He has a very wide range and can have a strong draw or bottompair, a monster and everything in between. With the raise, villan almost committed him to the pot, so I guess this is a question whether to fold or shove. Do I have enough equity here?

Also: is it valid to just fold and maybe lose a little bit EV but reduce variance?

i think a fold is good, you're in poor shape even vs. a pretty wide range.

edit, i didn't see his stats.. uggggh stack off i guess but don't love it. only because more Kx and Qx and spades are in his range

no, smaller winrate is worse than a little extra variance. keep a larger bankroll if variance is a problem for you

Maybe this is a leak for me, but I shove 100% times here, considering Villains stats and stack size.

What is SPR?

SPR is stack to pot ratio, where the stack in question is the smallest stack in play in a heads up pot. Basically it's a snapshot measure of risk on the flop. Certain hands play better/worse with different SPRs. I think the term was originally coined by Miller/Mehta/Flynn in Professional No Limit Hold'em Vol. 1, but there are threads about it here too.

Given his stats and stack sizes shove this. It's tough to play for pot control out of position, and there isn't much you can improve to aside from the rare straight.

I think a more interesting question is what would people do with a villain minraising this hand with 100bb effective stacks. I'd probably call given his stats, but out of position I don't know how to play the turn. Blocking bet? Check and hope he doesn't know how to bet size?
