Villain is 19/16/1.3 on 34 hands with 60% steal from BU.

Questions
1. What hands can I put him on the flop?
2. Was my Cbet correct OOP.
3. What is my turn line?

you'd need something about his fold to 3bet and given that you only got 34 hands on him, i'd just flat preflop and play some postflop poker (and if you do 3bet, you should make it bigger)

if your going to 3bet pre you need to make it bigger because your OOP something like 1.30

as played I would much rather just bet the turn again myself instead of checking because if he bets we are just putting ourselves in a guessing game and often end up giving up on the pot

2) yes, you have enough fe to get folds and can get worser pairs to call
3)i don't know it is obv either c/f or b/f.. he could be flatting your 3 bet with worser pairs then yours and he may flat your bet on flop with those kinds of hands because of the dry texture.. i would say betting turn really only gets rid of these hands tho and keeps in hands we are beat by (any Q most likely)..

99 can b a tuft hand 2 play oop..plenty of overcards.u need 2 raise more prf esp being oop.cbet is fine though some might argue 2 bet more.turn can go either way.if villian has shown down strong hands checking is fine.unless hes floating a Q is certainly in his range given that board.

I know this has been done to death but if I am BTN here I am calling ATC.

I think as played I would maybe call the turn and c/f river. When you check he may put you on AK and decide to protect his pocket pair.

I think bet/folding the turn is a better line though as I could see him caling worse hands.
