10NL - 4Bet pot with AK against fish. Worst board ever.

Only 40 hands or so but villain is running 51/20 and although I haven't got any specific reads he has been very aggressive in the pots I've seen him play.

This is a pretty horrendous flop for my hand so is check/fold the right line here? What else can I do in this spot? Just seems super weak to let my hand go in a bvb spot against a fish but I don't think I can do anything else.

Swing d*ck, raise flop all in, go broke, stroke balls to rationalize play.
Then berate villain in the text box after for calling a 4 bet with 48 after you've stacked off with Ace high/No Hope combo draw.
This is what I'd do.
