Assuming he has something like 2 pair, he's not going to check/raise since he'll be just as afraid of that card as you are.
I think if there is any action back at you,its the nuts, fold.

turn bet size sucks really bad imo. you've usually got the best hand. you'll get called by a lot of worse hands, and a lot of worse hands are drawing live.
