in general this makes no difference here, cause his donk is never a bluff, and as you could understand, the question is what hands worse will we stack off here...

i don`t have a read whether he ships 88-JJs here, or not, and if he doesn`t we`ll prolly have to fold, or i don`t know...

I'd flat. I don't expect to get multiple streets from 88-99 here from a 19/17 and his leading range should be either 88-99 that will fold later on anyways or he has sets and flushes.

hate raising w/ set on monotone board vs. regs that is showing interest in his hand. what worse hand is he donking with that will also stack off vs. your raise? not many - in fact 90% of them have you crushed.
