UTG player was 20/16 with c-bet of 71. My plan was to call and go with low flops against him. I found the min raise by the other player quite worrying. His stats were 13/7. I think i need to be shoving or folding here. If i shove i need to win something like 40% of the time. I win 47% against flush draws and am completely crushed by sets and over pairs. It's hard to put him on worse than this. Possibly 88 or 99 but i'm still behind his range a lot i think. Anyone think i should be shoving over the min raise? If so why?

Also does anyone think i should just be folding to the flop c-bet from the UTG raiser as there are now 2 other players behind or maybe i should be shoving the flop against the c-bet?
