i had a read that this guy c/r small flop small with draws, but this turn sizing was very confusing, what to do vs relativley unknown loose passive fish in this spot?
is there any value in shoving this turn?

tnx

You said you had a read that he c/r small on flop w/ draw. Does he fire missed draws on the river? Does he merge his c/r range on the flop? What does his BB defense range look like? Does he bet big for value or more-so as bluffs?

Giving villain a range here based on reads and defining river tendencies is nesessary to pick an optimally +EV line.

If he'll barrel river as a bluff with missed draws i'm often c'ing turn, c'ing most rivers.

obv just calling unless he's b/c all his draws.

when has a fishy villain ever not bet-called their draw here?

I'm kind of for shoving (which may be bad)

Minraise the turn if you're deeper but as played I probably just call.

Shove turn, he'll call or shove most of his range. Who says he will continue on the river if he misses? And he may have 88-TT... really, I see no reason to just call
