Anything wrong with betsizing in this hand? Villain showed 33 and obviously i was shocked i didn't stack him. Did i do something to indicate huge strength?

Well since his range is FH's and 88-TT, QQ-AA, i don't want to bet so much that i get him to fold. IF i'm UTG and i triple barrell close to pot on 3 streets here he should (and probably would) be folding QQ and KK here.

I dont think he has KK or QQ here
