The villian in this hand I would classify as tight and playing a fit or fold style oop from the obscene amount of cbets I had won. Apart from his genreal tightnes he sometimes called in the bb with k4s type hands. In this hand I 3bt to mix it up as I hadn't done in a while is all. When I flop a flushdraw I think I should cbet, but when he calls I think his range is top pair+ so I had to check fold the turn when I paired up. Would taking a differrent line on flop and turn, apart from folding preflop be better here?

5/2s terrible hand to mix it up with, fold pre.

As played just fold turn, even though the turn improved your hand somewhat calling is terrible. Something could be said for c/r but not against this villain.

i agree with wutwut....bad hand to mix it up with. but as played, easy fold on the turn.

Why couldn't we c/c the turn when we've got 30% equity vs all of his one pair hands ? We're almost having immediate pot odds to call against his range, and the $50 behind profits us since we should be able to play the river perfectly.
