I would feel suicidal if I folded the best hand here but don't care if I call and lose to AA so I call

given UTG line considering he is a good tag, I dont think he does this w/ AK (not even flipping against a range of you and BTN), almost never w/ JJ and QQ is really really close. I think BTN should be foldin AK a lot here too b/c you have the UTG raise from a tag, a 3bet from a tag who realizes it was an UTG raise from a tag.

I dont really play 100BB stacks like this too often so im not really all that sure but i expect one of these guys to show up w/ AA so i dont think its too bad of a fold (if it was 200BB deep def folding).

I know how to work out pot odds - can you explain how I then work out what equity % I need to be able to call profitably?

Any help greatly appreciated

Boolean looks like he helped out pretty good. I never do that really but that formula looks like it's right I think.

I know that 2 to 1 you need 33% equity and 3 to 1 you need 25% equity....therefore I know that 2.5 to 1 you need 29% equity......so that estimation is good enough.

Then away from the table I trialed and errored a little bit to get a bit more exact. If you have the correct formula then using that is better......but estimating well is good enough at the table.
