yeah, ez fold. If he's a big donk, he might be doing it with set or straight, but you're almost always behind.

The fold was correct, I would have liked to see you at least play out on this hand at the turn. I did not like the check there.

If I'm not wrong then FTP doesn't have an "All In" button. You have to scroll so theres no way it was a missclick. FOLD

Unless the opponent was click on the pot button and accidently hit the button to raise all in...or was typing in a raise and hit another number on accident...not likely but hey..ive done it once not paying all that much attention.

Folding is fine.

There's a very small case for calling since almost no one will check a FD twice IP.

But passing up on $6 that you invested in the pot to find a much safer place to take villain's money is almost always going to be the best bet.

Just curious, say we rivered an 8 high flush!???!

i'm pretty sure that it's almost the same. I mean, we beat a straight now though...

I think this is a fold, not an ez one though. I think we all agree this is very rarely a bluff, so what hands does he do this with. Flushes, Str8s, sets, and maybe some 2PRs. We only beat 2Pr and we arent sure if he would push with 2pr.

He probably has: (imo)
flush 35%
Str8 30%
set 15%
2pr 5%
bluff 15%

We beat 20% so its a fold.

With an 8high flush,
we are ahead of
bluffs 15%, 2pr5%, sets15%, str8s 30% and lets say 15%ofhis flushes(~5%)
so we are haead of about 70% of his range. I could be off on his range but I think an 8high flush is a call.

As I think it about it a bit more his range is probably more polarized towards flushes than I listed originally, but I would still think its a call with an 8high flush

how did you come up with those percentages.....

That's a very tough lay down IMO. I think 2 pair is MUCH higher than 5%. I can make big laydowns, but I think I'd call here. Even a dumb villain would usually raise for value here, if he's got a straight or a flush. There's NO WAY he's expecting a call.

Of course, the argument that if he's that bad you'll get his money quickly anyways is valid as well...

This is a ridiculously standard fold. Save the hero calls for when you have a little more invested in the pot imo.

This is not a bluff/2pr/set 35% of the time.

This is a standard fold.

Interesting question: what is the worst hand you call here? I think I call with any flush, but it is probably still a loose call.

It's just such a massive overbet that I don't feel very comfortable calling with anything lower than say the J high flush. Guess I'd call w/ 9 high and fold lower. His range is heavily weighted towards flushes. When we have the J high flush, there are 13 higher flushes possible and 15 lower, with the 9 high flush 22 higher and 6 lower ones are possible.
