In Equilibrium I'd think this is never a call. And exploitativly it would depend on who I think I'm playing against. Seems like a fish with this line so calling is not off the table for me.

Fish don't OB bluff much - looks more like reggy sizing to me.

I recommend a very low frequency call. I am suspicious though since overbets mean he has some bluffs of which we block 0 of them. If you called, please tell me he had T8 or JT.

Playing some poker ITT.

I usually just fold all of my bluff catchers vs OB otr. Unless it's aggro fish or aggressive reg.

I think I should of folded as well but his bet/bet line confused me when the Queen came.

I don't have data for SBvsBB 3bet pots but I'm assuming overbets are still under bluffed

Most people at 100nl aren't as big of sickos as you

It really just shows you how many levels there are to this game. I don't even consider myself that good. I am lost so many times during a session or have a tenuous grasp on what to do a lot of the time.

I was listening to Nick Howard's podcast and he went over a 3bet stat that surprised me. He said that population at 500nl folds to OOP 66% sized cbet's in 3bet pots something like 15% over what GTO would do.

Then he made a chess analogy that this is similar to dropping pawns in the opening (I don't play chess but I'm assuming that is really bad?).

And the 500nl regs are considered experts at poker - yet they still make egregious flop mistakes.

The games are definitely not dead.

haha I think there's this tendency to assume that most of the 100nl regs are thinking on the average poster here, which I don't think is true (at least on bovada).

Personally, I am not 3betting A5o out of BB. But, that is me.

So people are defending Q9s OOP to your 3bs. Isn't that too wide of a defend? I mean, granted you are probably 3b close to 15%, but still, that hand works better as a 4b imo.

River is like I said, a low frequency call.

If one bluffs a lot, then one wants to bluff catch with some speculative hands. in theory and practicality, should not bluff catch with this hand. You make enough with your bluffs, let some one else get a few in.

Q9s does get 4b a lot here but it still gets called as well. You don't really call many offsuit broadway facing the 3b, you want better pairs and your best suited hands (of which this is probably the bottom tbf)
