Villain bought in short and we played this hand within 10 hands of the match:

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $1(BB) Replayer
Hero ($99.80)
($48.99)

Dealt to Hero A K

raises to $2, Hero raises to $7, raises to $48.99 (AI), Hero calls $41.99

FLOP ($97.98) 6 J 7

TURN ($97.98) 6 J 7 Q

RIVER ($97.98) 6 J 7 Q 8

shows 3 3
(Pre 53%, Flop 71.7%, Turn 77.3%)

Hero shows A K
(Pre 47%, Flop 28.3%, Turn 22.7%)

wins $97.48

Then, in true shortstacking scum fashion, he quits me and rebuys on another of my tables, and we play this hand.

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $1(BB) Replayer
($59.34)
Hero ($88.10)

Dealt to Hero K 7

Hero raises to $3, calls $2

FLOP ($6) 6 J Q

[color=red]checks, Hero bets $4, raises to $56.34 (AI), Hero

Easy fold given he is going to quit me after the hand if he wins, or easy call because A) he's short and there is a decent bit of money in the pot relative to his stack and B) he could be shipping worse draws that I have crushed?

Pokerstove question. We need 44% equity, he probably ships all Qx hands and alot of diamond draws, straight draws, random 2-pair hands. It's probably a call.

I realize that the call in and of itself is probably slightly positive EV, I'm more interested in whether the call is +EV overall given that my opponent sucks (I will likely find myself in much higher EV spots) and is going to quit me if he wins the pot.

Math is idiotic! Would call because of the satisfaction I get when cracking his 2 pair.
But actually u have to call cos he might have the same draw while u crush his range pretty hard.

Its not a tournament. +EV is +EV.

Super easy call and I expect to see all the flush draw combos that he has from preflop.

The only reason to fold is so you can wait for a spot to slow roll him imo.

But much like a tournament, if I lose the hand I'm done (he quits me 100% of the time).

Thanks for the responses, I call and shorty owns me with the NFD.

I think he could have plenty of flush draws or straight draws that you have crushed so it's probably a call. Even tho he doubled up on you before he still came back so I wouldn't be as worried about him running.
