Just to get the stuff everyone is going to tell you out of the way: turn on auto reload so your stack is always full, raise more preflop, don't play 10NL at FTP if you can avoid it because the rake is killer.

Have any stats or reads on villain? If villain is at all decent, tight, nitty, or anything in between, he's telling you your overpair probably isn't good on the turn. If villain is loose, spewy, whatever, he's telling you he has connected with the board in some way (top pair, middle pair, monsters are in his range, so you could be ahead often).

It doesn't hurt to hit your 2 outer on the river, either.

I don't know why you're playing a half stack, but when you're only 61BB deep QQ is the nuts when the flop runs under it. I can get away from this on the turn if I'm 100BB deep, but here it's go time.
