Should I ever consider folding here and i'm getting 2.8:1. But the only thing i'm really beating is JJ and possibly AQ+ with a club if villain is willing to bluff.

Bet bigger flop or is it okay since 3 bet pot? Should I have shove turn instead?

I think I shove turn in case he checks back with a random club.

Your hand when you check here looks like it's a whiffed AK a ton of the time so I think this is a call? I think most flush draws probably just jam the flop considering stack sizes and his AFq.

Bet the flop bigger. Too many cards complete flush and straight draws, not to mention aces and kings. No matter what comes, the turn is easy for both of you. I would bet around $3.80. That would leave around 4:1 instead of 3:1 to call his shove (but you would be jamming no matter what).

It's not necessary to bet flop bigger in 3bet pots, imo.
Stack sizes @ 100bb will always get in by the river if you have a hand, and when you whiff with overs, you have better odds of taking the pot on the flop.
