Villain is about 35/14 over very small sample
Is the flop a standard r/r? Peel the turn, raise or fold?
Do I even raise KJs UTG?

KJs is close to never an open fold imo, just so many worse hands that will call, especially with weak players in the blinds.

I dislike raising flop since we're basically never ahead when the money goes in and we can always take the pot away from smaller pairs/A high on later streets.

His turn bet is small enough to call for sure and I'm betting a decent size on most overcard rivers if he checks as his bet screams weakness to me.

Flop call is fine imo and you´re getting good odds OTT (both immediate and implied) since he´s a passive player betting flop and turn, so he probably has at least a decent made hand (passive players don´t play draws like that...). I don't believe you have any FE to raise the turn.

With that player in the blinds, yes.

grunch

dont raise the turn, calling is great. call the turn since he's passive and since he's betting that prolly means you can stack him on a diamond river

It would be cool if someone who has a really big hand sample could filter for less than 1/2 pot turn bets on double flush draw boards facing a raise. I'd guess it would be over 80% fold.
