Hi,

MP3 is 38/12/3 after 83 hands.
SB is 39/15/1 after 96 hands and 3-bet at SB is 17%.

Is this a call or a fold?

You have to call .8 to see the flop. following the 20 to 1 rule, you need to make $16 when you hit a set. There is already 2.9 in the pot. So, if you call here, you need to consistently make $13.10 when you hit a set.

Seems like a fold.

I never heard about that 20 to 1 rule. Is this rule only for 3-bet pots or a general rule?
