AQs should be good enough to stack off at 75bb deep. In addition, I wouldn't be shocked if a guy at 10$ sng that jams first hand is quite wide.

you have his range crushed, I doubt anyone would play a hand better than AQ the way villain does. stronger hands are more likely to 3bet smaller, a lot smaller. at worst, you're flipping. but he could have a lot of hands that you are dominating, he might just actually have any 2 cards here and looking to get it in and gamble tbh. especially if it was the first match of the tournament.

this match was by the last 32, ( start with 256 and 8 itm)..
but he had AK and then led me to doubt

it's less likely that he's gambling that far on in the tournament so you could fold. if it's a valueshove I think AQ might be a flip vs his valueshoving range there. I'm probably still snapcalling regardless.

In a HUMTT I'd fold here. This is a small pair a LOT and the fact he is even making this play tells me we'll get a bigger edge playing a few more hands.

I'm actually inclined to agree here. I'd still snapcall in match #1 though as I feel there are still times where he'll show up with a worse ace in this spot.
