10/20 TPGK faces biggish check-raise instead of CBet? 10/20 TPGK faces biggish check-raise instead of CBet?

Villain seems to be a solid 10/20 reg who I have played with only a little bit, and we have never really played a real pot together. I have no idea WTF to do or put him on here. I haven't been at the table for that long, but I've been playing a standard TAG game. On a drawy flop like that it seems like a really weird way to play any hand.

Villain's stats:

I'd be inclined to look him up here. Could it be that he decided not to Cbet because of the nature of the board, then didn't like you trying to steal it from him? No hand goes for a CR here apart from air/draw.
