Full Tilt Poker Game $10 + 0.50 Heads Up Sit & Go Blinds t15/30

SB/hero (t1,905) [5 5]
BB (t1,095)

Action preflop (t45):
SB/Hero to 90, BB calls 60

*** FLOP *** (t180) [8 3 2]
BB bets 180, Hero calls 180

*** TURN *** (t540) [8 3 2] [4]
BB checks, Hero bets 1635

I didnt play vs this vilian so i cant say anything. Rasing to 3x with 55 is my casual play and also calling the pot size bet from him. Now he checked on the turn very quickly?

Should we just check behind to hopefully hit one of your 8-10 outs or should we bet because we have very likely the best hand?

Any thought are highly appreciated! thx

Easy turn bet when checked to. It looks like he was stabbing at the flop and will most likely shut down when you bet.

i dont mind betting turn here .. (though i tend to just try to get to show down cheap here a lot) but why are you shoving turn? you will fold all his weak hands and he will likely call you with a lot of hands that beat you (and some over clubs etc that has good equity vs us)

yeah i think i'd do this too. i'm not too worried about missing value against a 3/2, and i think a huge part of his range is air anyway. since i don't think you always get 2 more streets of value from a 3/2, i'm happy giving him the opportunity to bluff the river and still be able to get one vb in when he cks.

one other sneaky thing in this particular spot - if villain has ax his outs are pretty good for us.

i wanted to put pressure on him i was estimating hes holding maybe a small A, middle pair, buttom pair
afterwards a smaller bet/check would have been better

You want him to call with a small A/middle pair/bottom pair so small b/c or check back turn if hes known to stab alot of rivers. You dont wanna "pressure someone".

the texture of the board isnt good for inviting him to a free shot to improve his hand. I dont know hoch much outs he might habe but one thing is sure he has outs. 55 are a good hand and many river cards could turn my hand into the second best.
My shove wasnt right i guess but i should have bet about 200-300

he has outs, but who cares. Ax isnt an out for him, so a random 7-Kx would have to fall if he has a pair. thats a 10% chance to happen, no need to protect our hand against.

I would bet but I wouldn't shove this...I don't think you gain much by shoving. Why is a shove is better than a bet of like 300 (obviously you would call his shove) and then shove river?
