this is exactly why i showed, because when he showed me that bluff, i then was able to take him apart in later hands, call down lightly, let him bluff a couple streets in the future. additionally, i was able to get away with larger raises to push him off better hands because in his head he's going "this guy wouldnt try to bluff me, ive shown him im not scared to put money in with nothing, therefore he must have something"
in this situation it was +EV imo.
in other words, by letting him think he can push me around, i was able to induce further big bluffs out of him in later hands. Out leveling ftw, imo.
