I do not think I have ever been in this position before almost 300bb deep. I have had combo draws such as this much shallower and usually I am trying to get the money in as quickly as possible. I rarely have ever been this deep because I usually cash out when I am up this much but I have been trying to play deeper and experience situations such as this one.

I really did not know what to do in this spot. I just called the flop and turn bets because Phil Ivey just called Tom Dwan's barrels on HSP with his combo draw. Should I have played the hand more aggressively? Should I have re-raised the flop in an attempt to get it in? I am not on a limited bankroll by any means, but I was not sure how the strategy changes that deep.

On the turn, when I gain another 6 outs, should I have gotten it in there? Is folding ever the best play?

I do not require an answer to every question posed- they are just my thoughts. Please feel free to input any way you like.

I would just give up on the turn. He seems to have you bet with set or sth like that.

And I think you could have 3-bet on the flop. Then we could see what's going on and maybe he would think twice before big bet on the turn (?)

You could try leading the turn. You have a blocking bet with some fold equity if villain happened to bluff-raise the flop. If he raises, you can fold. If he calls, you still have equity.
