    PokerStars - $0.02 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
    Hand converted by Holdem Manager

    Hero (BTN): $2.06 (103 bb)
    SB: $2.07 (103.5 bb)
    BB: $8.86 (443 bb)
    UTG: $3.28 (164 bb)
    MP: $4.61 (230.5 bb)
    CO: $3.90 (195 bb)

SB posts $0.01, BB posts $0.02

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has J A
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, fold, BB calls $0.04

    Flop: ($0.13, 2 players) 8 Q 9
    BB checks, Hero checks

    Turn: ($0.13, 2 players) 7
    BB bets $0.09, Hero folds

    Results: $0.13 pot ($0.00 rake)
    Final Board: 8 Q 9 7

    BB wins $0.13

    Preflop
I open AJo at the BTN and BB flats.

    Flop
Flop hits my perceived range but I only have a gutshot. This would be a very standard check-behind right?

He is going to hit the flop hard a lot of the time and his weaker hands are not going to bluff the turn often here. I have a lot of equity against those, and we can run it out and realize that equity by seeing 5 cards.

    Turn
He leads turn $0.09 into $0.13. Would some people call here? You need 0.09/(0.22+0.09)*100=29% equity without implied monies.

You are right, I should have said: hit the flop in 1 way or another, enough to continue if i bet.

I have no idea about his preflop range. If I bet 0.09 into 0.13 myself I need 0.09/(0.13+0.90)*100=~41% equity.

I was going to write a detailed explanation of why betting flop is best here, but think just keeping it simple and telling you to bet the flop next time is better at your current level. In either scenario it's not a big difference and your analysis seems OK.

Nice formatting on your posts/titles, best of luck OP.
