Agreed, but from what I saw last year 18-19 year olds love it considering most have never lived away from home.

Haha, yeah always loved a good Timepiece Wednesday. I graduated this year. Was unaware of any poker players though. I went to the poker soc once in my first year and wanted to leave about 2 mins after I arrived.

I had a really good friend who graduated this summer who I talked about poker a lot with, he was a MUCH higher level than me, SN, sick sick deep 6 max player. Exe nightlife is actually really good on student nights!

Donkamentz, who was the decent player who graduated this year? I might know of him.

My little bro goes Exeter...just finished 2nd year Economics.

Whilst the nightlife is nowhere near as good as other uni's (Leeds ftw), he seems to go out enough! (Is arena any good?)

Very good uni!

Arena is brilliant if you've had a few drinks beforehand, Cheesy Tuesdays is a must attend.

Fair enough. Living next to the Farmers Union pub (close to the clock tower roundabout) Newly refurbished so should be really nice. I tried searching for you on fb but I didn't know which guy was you! Will send a pm.

Looking a bit thin on the ground in terms of numbers in this thread, hopefully this bump will help. Considering going to the TP foam party at the start of freshers week. Anyone know of any decent events happening?
