Id be shocked if they get a large field. They only just started sats (they had a few in the old rooms) and I don't think they are giving away more than 2 seats a day. My guess is under 50-75 get in from sats total. There is not a local $500 sng crowd so even if they try and run them I don't think they will go often. Probably way fewer than 20 locals will buy in direct. TI expect them to scramble and start giving out a ton of mega tickets from the bad beat jackpot promo money - but they should have been doing that for two months. As far as I can tell they are not planning to run steps, and its really too late for a real step program/
Unless they do well with the late megas I expect a pretty small field.
the 3.5k main event last time had a prize pool if 1.2m, idk how many entered. Also, the sng's for the main last time where filling up so fast that they had to wait to play them one after another, cuz the lack of tables, this wont be a prob this time with 70tables.
Day 1A of the WPT first event had 246 runners,so it seems unlikely there will be even close to the 1000 that some are predicting.I expect Friday may have less and then Saturday will have more,but 800-850 seems reasonable.Part of the problem of the Seminole WPT Main event was the poor job done with the 1050 Mega's into the main.Some of the early ones never got off due to not enough players.They also did not seem to put much effort into marketing these in their poker room.They would have better served to run single table satty's into the 1050 Mega's,which they did not do.

Pretty heavy from what i observed, i was there from about 4:30pm to 8pm, yes i saw players in the high limit section, i'm playing in day 1C of event #1 tommorow gl to me.

I will be there tomorrow firing my third shell at the 150k, lol. Tonight in the high limit room they were playing 10-25 50 on button nl/plo, and then the 5-10s were playing super deep so the high limit action is pretty good and I imagine its only going to get much better.
Not gonna be able to make it by noon today I think I'll probably play Event 3 which is the same $340 buyin and starts at 3pm today. After I bust outta that before the first break I'll be heading to the cash tables. Good luck all!

yes there was a 10/25 in the high limit room going, along with 4 5/10's that where super deep, about 14 or 15 2/5's. Also, 2 5/5 half plo high and half plo/8. This is only day two, a lot of people aren't even in town yet.
I'm probably going to play Day 1b only since I have to work and go to my brothers graduation on Friday. Got some Mexican clowns coming into town to play the main, so add a few more to the projected total.
