Bizzle's dumb question of the day (rare that I use it on here): Is there a shuttle from FLL to Hollywood? I tried looking through the Hollywood site but didn't see any indication there was one, so I am guessing the answer is no.

There are shared vans at the airport. You ride with others and it costs less than cab.

Can I wire $ without a player card number?

Question about satellites, it says on the structure sheets for satellites that "tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable".

So if you satellite into the $2650 high roller satellite (event #69), if you have advanced to Day 2 of the Main Event, you can't play the $2650. What's the solution here? Are players just going to be stuck?

Earlier in the thread Bill Mason said 2nd won seats from Satellites are transferable, so there are some transfer options. Guessing they have just used a template from old Tournaments and not changed that part of sheet, so all seats are transferable if you can show your already in an event. Clarification from the source reqd. obv.

I recall the policy being that at the end of registration of the event you have a ticket for, you'll have the option to get a cash refund if you're still actively in another event, or if you desire you can have your stack put into play. You'll have the option

Yes, you can wire money without a player's card number. You should reach out to our cage team and set up an account prior to arriving to simplify the process of drawing down the money and letting them know it is arriving.

This is correct. A player does need to let us know they are in another event so we can ensure the stack does not get put out.

This proposed format for the 5k appeases recreational players and pros alike who want to play all the levels and still clears seats for next days $2500. It catches up after a few levels.

Current. Hour levels but start at level 3.

Rather than just dismiss this idea, can William or Matt just point out what's wrong with it?

If you read William's 10 reason post, I was the one that suggested 40 minute levels for the first 6 and William didn't want it because somebody kept complaining about a single 40 minute level in a 5K.

The structure we have in place now is great and getting rave reviews by some so we are going to try it out. I still want to make the bet that this 5K Championship will get deeper than the WSOP 10K ME at the FT with 60 minute levels and 90 minutes when 27 players are reached.

Also the current structure gets players to show up earlier which increases likelihood of bust outs before day2

Registration is open 24/7 in the poker room. Registration is also open daily 1 hour prior to each days 1st event in front of the ballrooms until 15 minutes after registration closes for each days last event.

friend/horse was playing cash with no intention of playing the satellite. they made multiple announcements saying, "registration closes at 8:15 get in on the overlay" LOL. So with a few minutes left there are 27 players with 40 needed to hit the guarantee of 4 5k packages.

He enters and once break is over 30 players are registered for a 5k overlay. A few minutes into the level they announce they made a mistake and registration will be open an extra 75 minutes until 9:30.

The supervisor made an error in those announcements. As you can see by the structure sheet attached, the levels for this satellite were 30 minutes and not 20 like the previous two nights so the correct registration close time was to be 9:30. Sorry for any confusion.

Seems like a simple mistake William and thank you for clearing this up. I'm glad it was nothing nefarious but as Gostego correctly states (twice) "play at your own risk!"
