Wat? You only need a debit/credit card for a "hold", which they don't even charge. Just pay cash when you get there.

Getting unbanned is not hard. Just call security and they'll ask you some questions, and as long as you're on the level you should be able to be reinstated.

Online DBI - The ESHC is a PokerStars.net sponsored Event this year. As such we can't do online DBI, T$, FPP's etc... things we would do if it were an official part of the NAPT, EPT, etc... So, for this year at least , we are only providing satellite qualifiers.
