It’s Tuesday-Saturday, so only one weekend night. Would have been $200 more for Saturday night.

Best thing to do is to check the rates a few times a week, if not every day. The rates change often, I've already re-booked at a lower rate for June 21-29, first booked Horseshoe for $232 now have it down to $158, just checked again and it's now $363.

Just checked and it’s the same price for now. More importantly, I had a message that said they already have me booked for a room during that time so I couldn’t book another. Do you just quickly cancel your old reservation then jump on and book the new one?

Yes, that's exactly what you do. Cancel your old booking, sign out, sign back in, search again, re-book. Should work, at least with Caesars.

BTW, the week affects the price also. I'm booked from June 20-30, for a total of $540, or average of $54/night. For the week prior (June 6-16) the cost is $40 per night. And I just looked at the price for the time frame I already have booked, and it's up to $61 per night. Looks like it fluctuates quite a bit, so definitely continue checking.

Correct always keep checking they change all the time -as I posted in another thread https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/6...=#post58030059 Originally Posted by RealMcCoy View Post

Tues 20th Wed 21st Thur 22th comped
Fri 23th $91 Sat 24th $91
Sun 25th Mon 26th comped
Tue 27th $63 Wed 28th $63 THUR 29th $63

I am booking as a Diamond status member but ONLY because of my Comenity Bank(which is part of Bread Financial) VISA usage and Founders Club benefit. My table action is trivial so my Tier score is actually below 15,000. I will say that you can truly crank up your rewards points very easily by getting the Credit Card and at roughly a 100 to 1 ratio reduce the cost you end up paying for the room also. The best advice to anyone is to BOOK EARLY reservations are NOT hard to change and costs you literally nothing ($15 one time fee if you book thru the Hotel no fee for online). In years past I would continue to check rates and if they went down was ALWAYS given the lowest rate I found by calling the Casino direct. If you are patient with the staff on the phone they really try and be as helpful as possible. I have no issues spending thousands on entry fees but see no reason to waste hundreds on a room and incidentals.

Hope this level of details helps get everyone a better deal or at least they can understand better what is impacting the pricing people discuss.

*****FOLLOW UP ON RATE CHANGE OBTAINED**********
Just as a semi public service announcement - by just checking the normal reservations quotes on Caesars Website the above billing has been LOWERED after a phone call to all in total of $373 ($329 room +44 taxes ) I was also able to book an additional 10 nights from July 3rd -13th for $150 TOTAL both reservations are at the Horseshoe( Bally's) always pays to keep checking for the best deals possible.

Seems unnecessary to cancel your reservation. After logging into the Caesar’s Rewards site, click on “Book Now”. Select Las Vegas for the destination, and then under the checkin/check out, select “flexible dates”. Select the month you are interested in. Click “search” and a calendar of rates will be displayed. These rates do not include resort fees (if applicable) or tax (~13.4%)

How did you obtain diamond status with tier credits under 15000? I just recently got the Caesar’s rewards visa for that reason but the most tier credits it offers by usage is 7500. I’m not sure what founders is so maybe that gets you there? I’m curious about this because being a diamond at WSOP is a huge help. I’m currently diamond plus for the rest of this year, I’m trying to work on obtaining it again this year so I can extend it to next year. I appreciate any info on that.

What the heck?? Everyone is reporting WAY better rates than me!

I’m June 27th - July 1st with average rates of $85/night. How are people seeing $40-50?? I keep checking and it stays the same so far for me.

I kinda feel like I’m getting ripped off now. Why have Diamond if I’m basically paying room rate + resort fee prices anyway?

Just checked and I am showing 306 total with diamond discount. It has moved around a lot today.
There is always Rio. 9 dollars Tue-Thur and 106 Friday.

Doctor... For June 27 - July 1, I'm seeing rates of $92/night. I just checked on the dates for the time frame I have booked (Jun 20-30) and right now it's $112/night. When I checked earlier today it was $61/night and when I booked it in December it was $54. So it's definitely changing a lot, probably based on supply and demand. Hopefully you're able to find it cheaper in the future

I'm Diamond b/c of Wyndham, had like 12k tier credits last year, and have June 25-30 totally free at Horseshoe. It really does feel totally random sometimes.

I’ve checked about a dozen times today and it has been the same price each time with zero fluctuations.

I’m logging into my rewards thing then clicking “book now.” I wonder if it’s giving me the same price because I’m logged in. Are you guys just going straight to the Caesar’s site without being logged in for anything? Maybe I’ll try that.

I've been logged into my rewards account when checking. You need to in order to get whatever special rates are based on your play, tier ratings, etc

Founders club is a private association that negotiates special deals at various properties and organizations https://founderscard.com/ Its not cheap to join and in all do honesty they turn down more people than the accept. Didn't hurt that I have a CFO title (whoop whoop ) but one of the benefits you can access is a DIAMOND status at Caesar's. It costs a fair amount to join depending on the level and promo but saving $40 a night in resorts fees pays for it. I timed it to keep access for two calendar years at diamond status. https://founderscard.com/benefits/caesars-total-rewards

You can also scan thru this thread as the Founders club does get discussed in various posts. https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/1.../index185.html

Thank you for that info. I was definitely curious how that works. I don’t have any kind of title or small business for anything like that. It definitely looks like it has really good benefits. I’ll just keep grinding my tier credits. I obtained diamond last year from Caesar’s Sportsbook app. It’s not too tough to get there if you like playing parlays. I was just looking for any easier way. Thanks again.

As a diamond member, you don't pay resort fees. The basic room rates, unfortunately, aren't much lower unless you have a history of casino gambling.

Yes. I know. That’s what I was saying in my post.

If non-diamond people are paying about the same as I am after they pay resort fees and everything, it doesn’t seem right.

Incidentally, I’m still not seeing any price changes at all after the 20+ times I’ve checked over the last few days.

Why am I not seeing any price fluctuations when everyone else seems to see them all the time? Am I doing something wrong?

The rates haven't changed for me the last couple of days. They were changing a lot previously, but not now. Not sure why.

As a few have mentioned previously, the room rates you get for player rewards are based on your play, so if you haven't put money on casino tables in recent months, you're not likely to get more deeply discounted rates. With that said, being a Diamond does save you quite a bit of money as the resort fees are not cheap. I'm not a diamond, and my current bill includes $453 in resort and other fees for 10 nights, so your savings are not nothing. I'm hoping to get to Diamond level by June so I can save on those costly fees.

I just noticed the lowest rates since the WSOP schedule came out this morning. Got Horseshoe June 5-14 for 45 per night. I had June 6-14 for 520 total so I got an extra night and saved about 40
dollars.
Signed into rewards.
Select Book a room.
Select flexible dates and the month of June.
Select Discount codes and select Senior.

Rio is showing up for 7 dollars a night except weekends if you want to play poker and dumpster dive all in the same trip.
I actually might consider it. LOL.

Out of curiosity, I looked from 6/27-7/1 and I’m showing $18 a night. I’m diamond plus so I don’t know if that makes any difference but I don’t do a lot of casino gambling other than poker. Hopefully it will drop lower for you.

Mine is $82/night and is not changing. I just got Diamond from them and I earned it from a credit card, not by gambling.

I know it probably would have been cheaper a month ago and I understand the people who have actual gambling credits will get better rates. But it seems shaving a couple bucks off the normal rate for a Diamond is kind of like a kick to the groin. Glad I don’t have resort fees but someone showing $18/night vs $82/night is pretty extreme.

Pricing without logging in shows my “discount” is about $5/night. Plus saving on resort fees but still. I expected much better.

El Dorado has really watered down the benefits of the Diamond tier, since Caesars made it so easy to get in recent years. No more free show tickets. No more Diamond lounge.

However, they have added the kick in the groin benefit. So that’s a plus.
