I couldn't find a thread on this, maybe I missed it. But, specifically I am planning on playing event #1 which has three day 1's (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). I know this event has been having increasingly larger turnouts and am wondering for Saturday what time I should arrive to register without much of a line (more than 30 minutes). Also, I have a room secured there at the casino, anyway have any comments on previous stays there or any other items of importance I should be aware of?

Hotel is very nice. Each room has a fridge, and there is a microwave down the hall by the ice/vending machines. Stop and buy some stuff if you like, you'll be able to eat it there.
Only downside of this venue is they no longer have a poker room, and can only run tourneys in the ballroom, so no cash games at all.
Have fun, I won't be there for event 1, but will be there in time for the Seniors on 1/18 and the main after.

Its a shame this poker room was closed, it was actually a pretty nice room too. With all the problems at Horseshoe, it sure would be nice to have another cash game option.
