chip count question for 2010 wsop

Ive been trying to find the chip count and blind structures for some events at the 10 wsop.From what i read ,it says you get 3 x chips from what the buy in is.Does this mean in the 5 k tournaments you start with 15 k chips and the 10 k you start with 30 k chips? Is it 3 x chips on every event?
