3rd reply: "Make sure your boss lets you leave by 3pm to pick your kids up from school, at your need. This will come in handy when there is a late office deadline. Oh also you should be able to arrive at 10am if you need to drop them off."

Why the hate for the stay at home mom drivers? All I did was drive 5 miles an hour and sat through 3 red lights with people who had to make it to work on time behind me so I could yell at my kids in the back seat.
