I like Teddy. I keep thinking that he could take off Dumbo style at any moment.

I showed my GF that cat and she laughed hysterically for a good two minutes.

Good. Maybe he'll get a movie deal or a commercial. I have some press interest in a few weeks. I'll post updates here if you like or I can pm you.

No problem. He's now your buddy!

One last shot and I'll refrain from posting til he becomes Grumpy Cat status. He actually looks like he's taking his selfie

My dog lost about 12 pounds since we got her thyroid regulated. She celebrates by crawling under the bed, which she had gotten too big for.

Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience fostering dogs? I lost my last dog back in June and have wanted another but circumstances are making it impossible right now.

I saw an ad for foster homes needed but as I searched the rescue group I got mixed reviews. One person said that the dogs weren't evaluated well and a biter was placed with her after she was told he was not aggressive at all. I know they can't guarantee a dogs temperament, but I am concerned about this. Also, another person said the same agency said that the medical bills would be covered but she had to bring her foster to an emergency hospital and is still trying to get reimbursed for that bill.

Lastly, does anyone know of any groups that give first option to adopt to the foster parent? I would hate to fall in love with a dog and have to give it up. I live in Connecticut, so if anyone has any information it would be appreciated.

Thanks

She never lets him near her, so I had to document it.

You better start promoting the hell out of this cat and prepare to earn millions like the owners of Lil Bub and Grumpy Cat.

I need a PR person since I work full time. I think he has a lot of marketability much more than my other internet cat Stache. Being tied into a very popular Harry Potter character, Dobby helps.

Grumpy's owner is indeed wealthy but has Ben Lashes managing everything.

Bub's owner claims he's not exactly raking in the dough.

Hi A-Rod,

She was 18, she had a bunch of problems towards the end. Dementia, glaucoma (lost an eye and was on drops in the other) but what ultimately did her in was a stroke. She was paralyzed and the vet recommended injections for a week, said they sometimes regain mobility. She didn't, and I thought it was cruel to keep her alive.

I lost my beautiful boy about 8 months or so before her, he was 22 and had kidney failure. I miss them so much.

Oh I thought you meant misplaced. Lol. I know a guy who keeps losing dogs then getting new ones but i think they are being stolen from his property and he just says they ran away for the benefit of his kids.

I know a guy who fosters dog after dog after dog. He seems to enjoy it but i think his true agenda is to pick up women, who likely melt when they hear he's fostering a dog. I dont know any details about it though. I did ask him once if its hard to say bye and he just said no.

I think it would be hard for me, which is why I haven't done it yet. I do go nuts for guys with dogs, I have to admit. A guy is infinitely more attractive when he has one imo.

Actually a friend of mine just posted a picture of me petting a random dog I met the other day on my FB wall. 12 likes so far, 9 from girls, 3 from gay dudes. LOL.

Trust me Feral, it works. When I see a guy with a baby I think "how cute" but assume he is married/involved. When I see a guy with a dog that isn't an issue.

Even when its one of those little whimpy dogs that my cat would eat for breakfast? Personally I giggle at them, then again I'm not looking to date them.
