Store is doing good. Been crazy busy fixing instruments all summer long but thats typical for us. No trade shows until winter NAMM. I wish I could have went to summer NAMM in Nashville last week but it wasnt meant to be.
Obv the drums get priority lol. I close on Weds but wont be able to move most of my stuff in until the weekend so I am taking over my drums and guitars and little stuff like that first. Got to figure out some type of sound proofing tho so I dont piss off any neighbors right away

Heavy blankets
Generally most common household item to get you by in a pinch. Otherwise, Auralex acoustic foam is a great solution. More costly but is great room treatment. Sweetwater Auralex stock. Low frequencies (kick, floor) are a lot harder to control. Your neighbors will probably always hear that faint heartbeat coming from your place unless you get nuts with it.

Kick ass! Thx for the info. I really want to set my basement up into a musicians paradise, but not have to worry about the sound. I appreciate your help. I know jack **** about sound proofing lol.
