wow no. progressive house isnt new, infact its been around almost as long as house. originally used as a loose term for "new, creative house". now it just describes house with generally long buildups and minimal sounds. nothing even remotely close to garage. from listening to this set, it's actually kinda close to "tech house". garage is breakbeat influenced.
