I've never seen Basketball Diaries, but I can't imagine DiCaprio saying that line without an entire theater bursting out in laughter. Leonardo is so street.

You really should see this movie - it's one of my favourites. Leo DiCaprio actually plays his role really well in this; one of his top 3 performances imo.

I don't think you'll be disappointed. The whole movie has a very depressing vibe to it but it really draws you in. Mark Wahlberg plays a very convincing role also.
