Explosives fellows? I would have thought better of you.
Not only is steam a more effective method of destruction it also has the advantage that it makes a truly horrible noise as it creeps up on you.

I’ve stocked up on beer for the weekend. Three different varieties. And Variety is the spice of life.

Variety is Ok but what about pepper though?

I'm well stocked as well but only one kind. When you have PBR there is absolutely no reason to stray.

At Greene King they had an incident when a flaw in the control system saw the bottom valves of six Fermentation vessels open simultaneously. They marketed the resultant mixture of different beers as something like “GK special mix”.

If you drank Guinness in the early Nineties your pint would have contained a hint of “Dead Cat”

This is not an obscure brewing term, just that we saw the poor bastard fall in, but we couldn’t rescue him from his fall into tens of thousands of litres of beer, and there was no way that the brewery would throw away the beer.

The decision of the Russian government in the early 2 thousands to let go of many thousands of troops with no money but retain their guns had surprisingly predictable consequences.

I have been to dozens of beer fests and only understand sarcasm. Not sophist-level sarcasm; i’ve lost way too many brain cells for any sarcasm that isn’t middling and trite. But I am a sophist who only speaks sarcasm. Still, I don’t make jokes about this kind of thing anymore.

Who's winning? Any good commercials? Dance routinez?

all of the above!

rams won, managing a last drive of something nutty like 16 plays to win, after being stymied most of the 2nd half

At one beer fest my brother made a few unkind remarks about the physical appearance of the lady giving a lecture on beer brewing.

After being quietly informed by his friend that her husband was sitting directly behind him he just turned around and said to him “Sorry mate, but you must admit that she’s a bit of an old dog”

After listening to “Coles Corner “ I did wonder if there is anyone waiting here for me with a smile and a flower in their hair.
Probably not

I only received one greeting for Valentine's Day. That's one more than usual.

I did manage to incorporate “Unusually severe climatic conditions” into a conversation , doubt that will happen again.

Entering a dark chapter of my life where I’m going to have to work hard and do the right thing a bunch. Not that I’m loathe to do the right thing; I’m just morally neutral and prefer shopping. But every once in a while I feel deep sadness and have to do the right thing. It would be so much better to be a sociopath or a real man or evil so I could have clarity of vision. I just want to have fun but the part of me that is genuinely kind and moral won’t let me.

I have tried many and never found an electric shaver that I liked. And the ones that seemed okay at first always sucked after a few months. I don't shave more than once or twice a week anyway but a blade gives much better shave and feels better to me. And I have found that unless you shave every day electrics suck on stubble.

Damn. I don’t like these comments.

I want to shave down to a 3 day stubble. I’ve been trimming with scissors but it takes too long, I was hoping the electric razor would work for me.

another old man's opinion on electric shavers: i've always found them horrible for a clean face because of razor burn, but but perfectly fine for cleaning up sideburns, back of neck, chest, back, arms, knuckles, and other areas

is there anyway an extra hour or two of your time could result in things being a whole lot better for the people that live there?
is this a publicly owned place or privately owned?
my next reply is contingent upon your honest answer to the first two questions

Yeah, this is my experience as well.

im ready for baseball season!

For a 3-day stubble you want a trimmer, not a shaver. It'll work well.
