Fossil look OK and have decent battery/quartz movements

Fossil is fine. Really, any quartz watch above $100 should be fairly reliable.

My girlfriend gave me the Wolf Meridian watch box that is a companion piece to my Wolf Meridian triple winder for my birthday. Here they are together. Five watches can rest in nice padded compartments in the lower drawer.

Looking to sell Movado 0606093. Purchased NEW 1 year ago complete with paperwork tags and still has 1 year warranty with Jomashop. PM me if interested. $800. Selling because I purchase a NEW movado before every trip to LV. I have a few others if interested, Bold and a black saffire.

Will be in Vegas again in 2 weeks for another 10 nights or can mail.

If you had to gift a 500$~ watch to someone, would it be best to get a casual or dress watch?

Really depends on the person's preference or what you know about the person, but there are watches that can fit both realms. For that price you should be looking at Hamilton, Tissot, Orient and Seiko.

What google tells you isn't what I paid. It retails for $750 but I got it for $250 from jomashop when they had it on sale.

I'm looking to buy a nice little sporty maybe high tech watch, something new I don't know what they have out now. They have ones with GPS and track your steps and stuff that look cool. Any suggestions? Also not looking to spend a ton. Under 300ish? Even more doesn't matter.

Watch no longer for sale. Was out shopping at the mall and saw a new ladies movado sapphire for the wife also with the mirrored face and it had diamonds. Let's hope they come out with a men's mirror with additional ice.
