I agree Ratio is solid. Ledbury is also good, though I wouldn't say their slim is actually slim, more of athletic. Personally I like the CT extra slim a lot. From what I've experienced on myself (I'm 15/33 to 15.5/33, 12 inch drop):
BB Extra Slim: Narrow overall in the torso, especially in the chest. Because of this I have to size up to a 15.5/33, but the shoulders are just slightly on the large side here. If you're skinny without much drop (like 6-7 inches) I'd think this would be your best fit if you buy your normal size.
BB Slim: More drop than the extra slim so it's a better choice if you're muscular. 15/33 fits me correctly in the shoulders, is marginally tight in the chest and marginally loose in the waist, but still overall decent.
CT Extra Slim: Slightly more drop than the BB Slim but runs slightly narrow in the shoulders. I size up to a 15.5/33 here and the fit is pretty darn good overall, maybe a tad bit loose in the waist, but the shoulder to chest ratio is perfect. If you have a big drop (like 9+ inches) I think this fit and sizing up may be your best option.
CT Slim: Pretty similar to BB slim, maybe slightly narrower in the shoulders and waist. 15 is too tight in the shoulders for me and 15.5 is too big in the waist.
