Bad Beat, Brag ,and Variance all at once

I was in the hospital for 7 days, I got home yesterday( blood clot it my lung). I woke up this morning and had a couple cups of coffee. After the second cup i had terrible pain in my stomach. I realized i hadn't pooped in 7+ days, so I go to the bathroom and get on my wife's scales. It reads 268. I poop and get back on the scale. It reads 259, wholly #$@# i lost 9 pounds.
SO where is the bad beat, brag and variance you ask?
BAD BEAT- hadn't pooped in 7+ days
BRAG- it weighed 9 pounds
Variance- thought I felt pretty good this morning, took a poop felt alot better.
