I hope you had "safe search" off.

French just doesn't do it for me. Yet, I like the French Canadian accent.

Anyone every hurt their achille's tendon? I think I have an achille's tendon injury and was wondering how long it will take to heal.

Eeek. That will probably last a day or two, depending on the extent of the injury. I hurt my back the other day, doing all kinds of crazy flips on a trampoline. That took a couple days of rest to heal up, but I don't even notice the difference now (though, I'm sure reinjury is more likely because of it).

Have no worries buddy, the human body is built to bounce-back!

Is it the big fat muscle on the back of your foot?

If so it depends on how you hurt it and how much?

It is a significant piece of your movement, and you might need to "lock" the foot and give it rest, not to keep ripping it up, while it heals itself.

I don't know about you, Katy, but I wouldn't take advice from a guy who calls an Achilles tendon "a big fat muscle."

As i said i don`t know for sure what she is talking about, and i said muscle, cause i don`t know what you call those "things" in english

Just wanted to clarify which part I was talking about (hard this way i know)

But really if this is the part she is talking about and it has been hurt bad, she should see someone, and not just walk it off.
I have seen some bad injuries in that exact area. If you tear it apart, you will regret it for sure.
Most likely it is just whining though

It`s funny, cause it`s true.

Well atleast the swedish nightclub scene is standard.
England might be a sleazy place, yet it looks like the pics are from a nighclub, and not some bar/pub at the corner of hookerstreet

i wanna know why all the dudes in the English bars have all been beat up.

Katy

We like to keep match fit for when the Germans kick off again

Or the French, Russians or Chinese. Or anyone really.

judging from the video you linked (and Ohead's pics) I'd say that Swedes are a gorgeous breed of people and the English are a little on the rough side

MrWookie, I love this pic! and nice TR, btw. Very interesting, especially the casual mention of the guy run over by some chick and the fact that you were at a gay bar

So have you ever wanted to go to Argentina for a vacation? I saw a thing on some show about the tourists who flock there for tango lessons. Apparently it's a lot of fun and not that expensive. You should go and take pics for us!

Ok, here you go Number7. It's the thick cordy white thing that attaches the muscle to the bone. In this case it attaches at the heel.

I've been complaining about my aching achilles tendon for awhile now. Then I mention to my sister that the back of my heel is really painful to touch and she looks it up on the internet and tells me that I am exhibiting signs of achilles tendon injury. Apparently it's common among old guys who are runners. I have the body of an old man

This is part of the reason why Americans rule.

We are a genetic mix of all kinds of types (strengthens our gene pool).

That guy in Cheddar was a descendant of a man found in a cave one kilometer away who was 9,000 years old (Cheddar Man).

How much inbreeding was there in his family?

I kid, I kid

Well partly, that is a true story

English
Irish
German
Swede
White Croat

We had to put our 11 year old yellow lab down this morning, after a summer-long battle with liver failure. Our house seems so empty now, even with five cats and another lab. He was a part of our family for over half my life. I miss him so much. RIP Zach.

Sorry to hear that. Losing a pet is very sad.

I have a wiener dog who is getting getting older, fatter and greyer and I know some day he will be gone and I know I will be a wreck!
