Madonna old? FWIW, I know plenty of women who are in their 50s and still very attractive. And, to the best of my knowledge, they have not had plastic surgery or any other procedures. Of course, they tend to view themselves more harshly than I.

There was actually a post where someone was criticizing a girl's appearance by noting that she had a "hitchhiker's thumb"? How would they know this - who even uses the "thumbs up" sign anymore anyway (other than the Fonz, ldo)?

She does have huge hands, but those thumbs are just prosthetics for the role. I still think she's hot though, even if she could probably palm a basketball.
