Not illegal.

The models would have to be both underage and posing in a sexually explicit manner for it to be illegal. That is not the case here.

The depiction of nudity is not illegal for minors, unless it contains sexually explicit conduct. Otherwise there would be no baby's butts shown in diaper commercials. Remember the Kate Moss "Obsession" ad from years ago? She was under 18 at the time of the photo, but it was just a simple portrait.

There are many books on the shelf in bookstores that feature nude artistic content of minors, such as Sally Mann's or Jock Sturges' books.

That being said, this site looks like all of the models are all at least 18 years of age anyway, and the site has to comply with 2257 laws.
