First of all, some background. I'm 21, am a virgin and never even kissed a girl. I'm not a very social person, although I go out (drinking usually) about once a week but it's been with the same group of friends for the last 5 years or so. I rarely ever meet new people, and when I do I'm terrible about having any kind of conversation, because I usually just don't care... So obviously when I get to meet a girl, I'm pretty terrible at doing anything. On the physical side, I'm nothing special, 6'1''/ 155lbs I don't think I'm ugly or anything.
I'm obviously aware that I should do something about my issues, but I'm too lazy and don't care enough.

So now to my problem :
A few days ago, I was out drinking with my group and there was this girl (zomg). She was a friend of one my friends' GF. I noticed she seemed interrested in me, and the friend's GF was obviously trying to put us together or something... Like the huge loser I am I obviously didn't do anything or even show interest besides talking with her. Mainly because I was too scared, and I don't have a clue wtf to do in a spot like this.

The next day, I was talking about this with one of my friends and he convinced me I should try and ask her out. I sent her a message on facebook (don't have her number).


My message :
Hi, it was fun with you last night ! We should do something together.
Her reply :
Yeah, we could meet for drinks as friends.

(translated but I don't think that should be a problem)



So this tilts the **** out of me because of the "friends" part. Also my message sucks but that's ok.
What's my play ? Also feel free to flame me.
