Not to be a nit, but if you look at the title of your thread vs just about anything else, it was by far cruder than any of the others.

Even though Pooter's thread is far more graphic and inappropriate you have to go into it to find the details, but yours was right there on the index page in the title.

IMO If you had worded the title catchy but inane the thread would probably still exist.
